Entrepreneurship for Teens
You want to create something. You want to do things your way. You want to do more with your life. Starting your own business is a way for people to realise their dreams, make a difference and create real impact for themselves and others.
This workshop introduces the concept of entrepreneurship to a young audience and how to plan for a successful business venture. The class also explores useful characteristics and skills, the benefits of being an entrepreneur and the obstacles they need to anticipate while building a business. At the end of the workshop, the participants will be familiar with entrepreneurship as a career, know how to generate and evaluate ideas as well as be able to generate a plan for a new company or business idea.
The workshop includes lectures, group activities and a class-wide activity where the most intriguing ideas will be presented.
