Pre-course Advisory and Student Contract
Before enrolment, ASGI conducts pre-course counselling to each student to ensure good understanding of the course content and commitment. The student contract, registration and on-boarding process will be clarified. Key policies designed to protect our students will also be explained.

Cooling Off Period
Students are entitled to a ten (10) working-day cooling-off period from the date they sign the Student Contract.
Students who submit a written notice of withdrawal during this cooling-off period will receive the maximum applicable refund in accordance with the refund policy, regardless of whether the course has commenced.
Any approved refund will be processed within seven (7) working days from the date ASGI receives the student's written notice of withdrawal.

library and learning resources, including reference materials and digital resources;
academic support services, including study skills, mentoring, and assessment preparation workshops.
Governance & Transparency
ASGI maintains strong governance and quality assurance processes to uphold academic standards and safeguard students' interests. These responsibilities are carried out through formal governance committees, including:
the Academic Board, which oversees academic quality, curriculum standards, and
the Examination Board, which oversees the integrity of assessments, approves examination results, and confers academic awards in accordance with the School's academic regulations.

AEIS Preparation
Introduction
The Admissions Exercise for International Students (AEIS) is administered by the Ministry of Education (MOE), Singapore, for international students who wish to enroll in Singapore's mainstream primary and secondary schools.The AEIS assesses applicants in English and Mathematics, designed to evaluate applicants' English literacy, numeracy, and reasoning abilities. Successful applicants will be placed in Singapore’s government primary or secondary schools according to the availability of school vacancies.
AEIS Preparation
Objective
ASGI’s AEIS Preparatory Course is designed for international students aged 7 to 9 who aspire to enrol in Singapore Government primary schools. The programme equips students with the English and Mathematics knowledge and skills required to meet the enrolment standards assessed in the AEIS.Lessons are conducted in small groups, allowing students to benefit from personalised attention and interactive learning under the guidance of qualified and experienced teachers.

Our curriculum is aligned with the Ministry of Education (MOE) syllabus for English and Mathematics, ensuring that students are well prepared for the academic standards expected in Singapore Government schools.
